Report: Baguio City Emerging Leaders Retreat
An Emerging Leaders Deeper Walk Retreat entitled "Empowered Leadership" was held in Baguio City on April 21-23, 2017 for over 120 participants from Luzon and Visayas. The retreat was facilitated by Dr. Larry Hinkle, Director of Odyssey in Christ (OIC) together with the Philippine OIC team comprised of Auey Parcasio, Jep Parcasio and Alicia Davis. The 18-40 year old participants were encouraged to intentionally create time and space for an experiential deepening of their relationship with God through spiritual practices demonstrated during the sessions. These practices create awareness that God is always present, ever-loving and very much involved in the little details of our everyday life. A communion service ended the retreat.
